How can I make a change to my order?

Please contact us at sales@uptothetime.com so that we can assist you further. Please include the email that was used at the time of purchase.

Where is my order confirmation?

You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order ships. It will be sent to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add sales@uptothetime.com to your safe sender list.

What type of movement is used?

Watch movements play an important part of a watch. It essentially acts as the heart and brains of keeping the time on watches. All our watches use a Miyota quartz movement; which is a Japanese made movement that is well known and is built to last.

Are Uptothetime watches water resistant?

My dream collection and Unity watches have a water resistance of 3ATM to 5 ATM. Please avoid submerging the watches under water, because water damage is not covered under warranty.

 

SHIPPING

When will my order ship?

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.

Canada Shipping

After your payment is verified, it takes 1-2 business days to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 2 pm EST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 2 pm EST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday. Please refer to the chart below for rates/times.

Will I have to pay international taxes or duties?

You may have to pay import duties and taxes once your shipment reaches your country. Usually the duties and tax fee is estimated at 20% of the dollar amount of the product. It is important to note that this is just a general guideline and my vary depending on your country. Please contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

Uptothetime has no control over the duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for any charges incurred for customs clearance.
Can I make arrangements for faster shipping?

GENERAL INFORMATION

Is there a warranty on Uptothetime watches?

Uptothetime watches have warranty that covers manufacturer’s defects for 12 months after the original purchase date. If the watch mechanics/parts don’t work properly we will repair or replace your product for free. Our warranty does not cover any mistreatment including: wear and tear, batteries, scratches, strap damage, water damage, accidental glass damage or theft. Proof of purchase is required for all service requests and warranty claims so please remember to keep your receipt.

What is your return/exchange policy?

We offer FREE returns on all domestic orders over $50!

Brand new products can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 60 days of delivery. We offer free and easy returns for all of our customers, domestic and international for orders over $50.00. Please contact Customer Support (support@uptotthetime.com) to schedule the return details. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable. For international customers with orders under 50.00, the customer is responsible for the return shipping. Once we receive it back and verify it is unworn, the return will be processed and a full refund will be issued.
When will my pre-ordered purchase ship?

Depending on when your order was made preorder shipping times will vary. We will notify you as soon as your order is ready to ship. If you have any further questions please contact us at sales@uptothetime.com

What does the expression uptothetime mean?

Uptothetime is a Jamaican expression that means being in a league of your own, creating your own trends and having the strength and courage to walk your own path.
